When
sending shocks for service, remove all hardware. Pioneer Performance will not be
responsible for hardware that has to be remove to service shocks. Remove all
bolts and spacers. If you're concerned with the needle bearings in the end of
the shocks put tape around the bearing area. Please take the time to track
your package if you're concerned with it making it to our facility, if you're
calling to see if your package has arrived, it delays your package going back
out to you.
